Terms

Reading

The catalogue is free to browse. The first two episodes of any drawn series are free to read, and later episodes need a membership. You may read what is here for yourself; please do not republish the artwork or pass it off as your own.

The stories

The underlying stories are in the public domain and belong to nobody. Our retellings and the artwork made for them are ours. Each series names the source work it adapts.

Memberships

A membership renews on the period shown at checkout until you cancel. Payment is handled by Shopify. If you cancel, your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for rather than stopping that day.

A membership opens every episode that exists while it runs. We publish new episodes when the art is finished and do not promise a schedule. If a refund is issued, access ends with it.

Accounts

One account per person, signed in by a code sent to your email. You can have your account and reading history deleted at any time by writing to the address on the contact page.

Changes

The site is early and changes often. If these terms change in a way that affects a paid membership, we will say so by email before it takes effect.
